April 16 (SeeNews) - The real estate market in Bulgaria's capital Sofia has attracted 52 million euro ($64.3 million) of investment in the first three months of 2018, according to real estate consultants Colliers International.
The figure refers to investment in office space, industrial and retail real estate, Colliers International said in its Q1 snapshot of the Sofia market.
The vacancy rates of in the segments of office space and industrial property have maintained their end-2017 levels of 9% and 7%, respectively, while the vacancy rate of retail properties has fallen to 12%.
In the first quarter, deals for a total of 35,500 sq m of real estate in Sofia have been completed.
