August 14 (SeeNews) - Stolichen Avtotransport, the public bus transport company of Bulgaria’s capital Sofia, said on Tuesday that it has opened a 1.8 million levs ($1.0 million/920,300 euro) tender for the supply of 10 used diesel buses.
The buses must be supplied within no more than 45 days since the signing of a contract, according to the tender documents posted on Stolichen Avtotransport's website.

The buses must meet Euro 5 emission standards.
The vehicles should have been manufactured not earlier than 2010 and travelled no more than 600,000 kilometres.
The minimum capacity of the buses must be 60 seated and standing passengers.
The deadline for submitting offers is September 18.
Bids will be ranked based on two criteria, which carry the same weight - price and year of manufacture.
