March 17 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed higher on Thursday, supported by a 10.42% increase in the share price of Fist Investment Bank [BUL:FIB], bourse data showed.
The lender closed at 2.12 levs as 64,066 of its shares changed hands.
The blue-chip SOFIX index added 1.17% to 596.56 points. The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, went up 0.71% to 138.61 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose by 0.93% to 698.54 points.
Fibank was the top gainer among members of the SOFIX, the BGBX40, and the BGTR30, followed by IoT devices developer Allterco [BUL:A4L] whose shares closed 5.56% higher at 19.00 levs.
The BGREIT, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, advanced by 0.13% to 170.91 points. The index was mostly backed by a 3.45% gain in Roy Property Fund REIT [BUL:RPF], to 7.50 levs.
Turnover on the BSE's main market jumped to 2.1 million levs ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro) from 1.15 million levs on Wednesday.
