March 26 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index closed 0.72% lower at 423.07 points on Thursday, as its two biggest members by market capitalisation led decliners.
Heavyweights Sopharma [BUL:3JR] and Gradus [BUL:GR6] fell most among their peers, losing 3.41% and 2.70%, respectively, on Thursday.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, decreased 1.09% to 89.18 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.55% to 430.09 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, slid 0.82% to 125.23 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover amounted to 616,000 levs on Thursday.
