November 16 (SeeNews) - All indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed higher on Tuesday, mainly supported by a 4.85% rebound in the share price of financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG], bourse data showed.
Eurohold's gains supported increases in the blue-chip SOFIX index, the BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, and the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, BSE figures showed.
The SOFIX added the most - 0.85% to 611.23 points. The BGBX40 increased by 0.44% to 138.74 points, while the BGTR30 edged up by 0.04% to 665.96 points.
As many as 95,790 Eurohold Bulgaria's shares traded at an average price of 2.0996 levs on the Sofia bourse on Tuesday.
On Monday, Eurohold Bulgaria's shares erased 5.50% of their price, after the group said that the majority stakes its wholly-owned unit Eastern European Electric Company (EEEC) holds in power grid operator CEZ Distribution Bulgaria [BUL:CEZD] and power supplier CEZ Electro Bulgaria [BUL:CEZE] will increase to 88.2% and 69.3%, respectively, after its buyout deals with minority shareholders are closed. The deal with CEZ Distribution Bulgaria's shareholders cost EEEC 118.9 million levs ($69.6 million/60.8 million euro), while the price of the deal with CEZ Electro Bulgaria amounted to 3.2 million levs.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed 0.07% higher at 166.53 points on Tuesday due to a 0.34% increase in the share price of Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER].
Total turnover on the BSE's main market rose to 1.3 million levs ($754,400/664,700 euro) on Tuesday from 784,085 levs on Monday.
The most traded company on Tuesday was IoT products developer Allterco [BUL:A4L]. A total of 13,979 shares in the company changed hands flat at an average price of 24.1786 levs, contributing 338,000 levs to the turnover for the day.
