May 23 (SeeNews) - Three of the four main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) advanced on Tuesday, with the blue-chip SOFIX climbing 0.81% to 661.82 points, bourse data showed.
An increase of 4.02% in IoT products maker Allterco [BUL:A4L] to 25.90 levs boosted the benchmark index. SOFIX also went up on the back of a 1.64% rise in diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] to 8.66 levs.
The only blue-chip loser was fertiliser maker Neochim [BUL:NEOH], which shed 0.74% to 40.00 levs.
Allterco and Doverie also spurred on the BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. The index closed 0.17% higher at 746.36 points, further helped by a 2.66% gain in hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic [BUL:MSH] to 9.65 levs.
The BGREIT, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, grew by 0.26% to 190.24 points. Its performance was driven by Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:BREF], which added 0.91% to 2.22 levs, and Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER], which advanced by 0.37% to 3.25 levs.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, was the only index to close lower, erasing 0.27% to 146.49 points. It was set back by a 9.48% drop at express delivery company Speedy [BUL:SPDY] to 105.00 levs, as well as a 6.05% fall in farming group Agria Group Holding [BUL:AGH] to 23.30 levs.
Total turnover on the main market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange grew to 613,301 levs ($339,352/313,575 euro) on Tuesday from 483,152 levs on Monday.
Allterco was the day's top stock by turnover, generating 268,246 levs after 10,357 shares changed hands.
