March 15 (SeeNews) - All four main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) declined on Wednesday, with the blue-chip SOFIX shedding 0.88% to 621.93 points, bourse data showed.
The top blue-chip loser was First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:FIB], falling by 3.64% to 2.12 levs with 9,970 shares traded. It was followed by fertiliser producer Neochim [BUL:NEOH], which decreased by 2.49% to 39.20 levs.
Fibank and Neochim also pushed down the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. The top loser in the index, however, was farming group Agria Group Holding [BUL:AGH], which went down by 3.73% to 23.20 levs with 5,750 shares traded. Overall the index declined by 0.77% to 725.19 points.
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, fell by 0.78% to 141.97 points. The index was particularly pressed by diversified group Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:ZHBG], which plunged by 7.41% to 0.15 levs with 28,198 shares traded. Additionally, Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:HIKA] dropped by 5.33% to 2.84 levs.
Finally, the BGREIT index, tracking seven real estate investment trusts, dipped by 0.06% to 188.44 points. The decrease was due to a loss of 0.30% at Advance TerraFund [BUL:ATER] to 3.29 levs.
Total turnover on the main market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange fell to 790,277 levs on Wednesday from 1.06 million levs a day earlier.
The top stock by turnover was Agria Group, generating 133,400 levs.
