March 7 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said it has terminated the surveillance of a share issue of local resort operator SS Konstantine and Elena Holding [BUL:SKEH] after the company satisfied listing rules.
Thus, the listing of the resort operator in the standard equity segment of the BSE's main market has been confirmed, the BSE said in a statement on Monday.
The stock exchange put the shares under surveillance in December as SS Konstantine and Elena was not meeting a requirement that the average monthly number of transactions should exceed five. Now the company has met that requirement, the BSE said.
As at CET 1501 on Tuesday, shares in SS Konstantine and Elena Holding traded flat at 22.40 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
