May 19 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.35% to 451.33 points on Tuesday, as heavyweight drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] gained most among its members.
Sopharma's share price rose 2.45% to 2.93 levs on Tuesday, following a 1.38% decrease on Monday.
Diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR] lender Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] followed with gains of 1.22% and 0.95%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, advanced 0.39% to 96.03 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose by 0.24% to 466.45 points.
Both indexes were supported by a 3.33% increase in the share price of financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, added 0.11% to 133.43 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover amounted to some 212,000 levs ($119,000/108,000 euro).
