September 29 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.11% to 426.90 points on Tuesday following a 0.91% increase on Monday.
Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] saw the biggest share price rise among blue chips on Tuesday, of 3.14%.
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF) [BUL:5BU] and diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] followed with gains of 1.16% and 1.07%, respectively.
BREF was also among the top gainers on Monday with a 1.76% share price rise. Earlier on Monday, BREF said that its shareholders have approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.1241 levs per share for 2019, up from 0.0996 levs per share paid for 2018.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, closed unchanged at 134.84 points, as the rise in BREF shares was offset by a 1.14% decrease in the share price of Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:6A6].
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, advanced 0.21% to 96.17 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, edged down 0.07% to 474.95 points.
Total daily regulated market trading turnover amounted to 634,000 levs ($381,000/324,000 euro).
