September 11 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.33% to 431.95 points on Friday, largely backed by a 3.77% rise in the share price of hydraulic equipment maker M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH].
M+S Hydraulic shares erased 3.64% of their price on Thursday. The company is due to drop out of the SOFIX as of September 21.
Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF) [BUL:5BU] and diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] were among the other notable gainers, adding 1.18% and 1.04%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged down 0.01% to 96.58 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free-float of at least 10% have equal weight, slid 0.35% to 478.56 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, rose 0.34% to 133.11 points.
Total daily regulated market trading turnover amounted to 536,000 levs ($325,000/274,000 euro).
