September 28 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index rose 0.91% to 426.43 points on Monday, as the share price of diversified group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] and its unit Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] jumped.
CCB led gainers with a 12.07% share price increase, followed by Chimimport, which added 5.06%.
Six other members of the SOFIX ended higher, while the rest ended unchanged.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, increased 0.79% to 95.99 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, grew 1.20% to 475.26 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, rose 0.35% to 134.84 points, supported by a 1.76% increase in the share price of Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT (BREF) [BUL:5BU]. Earlier on Monday, BREF said that its shareholders have approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.1241 levs per share for 2019, up from 0.0996 levs per share paid for 2018.
Total daily regulated market trading turnover amounted to 385,000 levs ($230,000/197,000 euro).
