September 15 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip SOFIX index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) added 0.15% to 566.90 points on Wednesday, supported by gains in IoT products maker Allterco [BUL:A4L] and Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER], bourse data showed.
A total of 3,906 shares in Allterco changed hands at an average price of 17.4711 levs, 1.14% higher.
As many as 30,370 shares in Advance Terrafund REIT traded at an average price of 2.6158 levs, up by 1.12%. The increase helped the BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, close 0.23% higher at 163.71 points.
Earlier on Wednesday, Advance Terrafund REIT said that it purchased 168 hectares of agricultural land at an average price of 6,330 euro ($7,480) per hectare in August.
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, edged up 0.05% to 130.62 points on the back of a 4.90% rise in Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:HIKA].
The BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.11% to 640.76 points, negatively influenced by a 3.28% drop in the shares of software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH].
Total turnover on the BSE's main market declined to 781,800 levs ($472,300/399,700 euro) on Wednesday from 928,200 levs in the previous trading session.
The most traded company for a second straight day on Wednesday was Telelink Business Services Group (TBS Group) [BSE:TBS]. A total of 12,545 shares of the company traded 0.61% higher at an average price of 16.3185 levs, contributing some 204,700 levs to the trading turnover.
On Tuesday, TBS Group said that its shareholders approved the proposed dividend payout of 0.82 levs per share for the first half of 2021. TBS Group will distribute a total of 10.25 million levs as gross dividend for the first six months of this year.
