April 7 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index closed 1.31% higher at 433.39 points on Tuesday, marking its fourth consecutive winning session.
Lender Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] led gainers among blue chips on Tuesday, as its share price rose 8% to 1.08 levs. Other notable gainers included diversified groups Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID] and Chimimport [BUL:6C4], which added 6.67% and 5%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, increased 0.76% to 91.76 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, added 0.75% to 445.90 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, rose 0.56% to 126.87 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover amounted to 1.3 million levs on Tuesday.
