November 7 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index closed 0.19% higher on Thursday, following a 0.86% gain in the previous trading session, bourse data shows.
Financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] led gainers among blue chips with a 2.7% rise to 1.14 levs.
Drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] and poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] were the two other gainers among SOFIX members, adding 0.89% and 0.42%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, advanced 0.14% to 110.09 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, edged up 0.05% to 498.42 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, fell 0.05% to 129.31 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover remained flattish at 918,000 levs on Thursday, compared to 915,000 levs on Wednesday.
