December 28 (SeeNews) - The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, ended the last trading session for 2018 at an all-time high of 121.07 points, following a 1.31% rise on Friday.
Super Borovets Property Fund REIT [BUL:6SB] rose the most among its peers, closing 7.84% higher at 2.2 levs on Friday.
Roi Property Fund REIT [BUL:RPR] and Bulland Investments [BUL:5BD] followed with gains of 4.35% and 2.80%, respectively.
All other indices closed higher on Friday, mainly due to a rebound in Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] shares, which ended 9.90% higher at 42.2 levs.
The SOFIX index, which follows the 15 most capitalised and liquid companies on the exchange, gained 0.91% to 594.46 points.
The BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, added 0.56% to 115.91 points, while the BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose 0.46% to 496.14 points.
