June 27 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has decided to admit to trading an issue of 576,152 shares in diversified group Holding Center [BUL:6C8], issued in a recent capital increase.
The shares will start trading on the exchange on June 28, the Sofia bourse operator said in a statement on Wednesday.
Holding Center increased its capital to 735,910 levs ($427,480/376,260 euro) from 159,758 levs via the share issue.
The company raised 17.3 million levs through the capital increase, as it offered the shares at a price of 30 levs each.
Holding Center shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 22 levs.
