November 8 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Friday that it has decided to admit to trading a subsequent issue of 4,385,503 shares in Bulgarian Private Equity Fund [BUL:BPT].
The shares will start trading on the BaSE Alternative Market on November 12, the stock exchange operator said in a statement.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund increased its capital to some 13.16 million levs ($7.5 million/6.7 million euro) from 8.77 million levs through the issue. The company raised some 4.39 million levs ($2.5 million/2.2 million euro) by placing the shares at nominal value - 1 lev apiece.
A total of 16 investors subscribed for shares from the new issue.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund shares last traded at a price of 1.08 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
