December 2 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip SOFIX index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange recorded back-to-back winning sessions supported by a rise in Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF] shares, which traded heavily on Monday.
CCB shares rose most among blue chips, gaining 1.93% to 1.585 levs, and accounting for a turnover of 2.2 million levs.
Total daily regulated market turnover amounted to some 2.8 million levs on Monday.
The other major gainers among SOFIX members were drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] and its affiliate - diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV], which added 1.47% and 1.35%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, increased 0.17% to 108.98 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, edged down 0.02% to 495.60 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, grew 0.64% to 129.54 points on Friday.
