November 27 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange blue-chip SOFIX index closed 0.33% lower at 543.98 points on Wednesday, extending its losing streak to three sessions.
Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] shares fell most among SOFIX members on Wednesday, dropping 2.56% to 38 levs.
Other major blue-chip decliners included Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] and Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK], which lost 1.61% and 1.52%, respectively.
The wider BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, decreased 0.32% to 108.06 points, while the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, slid 0.06% to 492.92 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks real estate investment trusts, rose 0.20% to 128.48 points.
Total regulated market trading turnover rose to 183,000 levs on Wednesday from 139,000 levs on Tuesday.
