February 9 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip SOFIX index of the Bulgarian bourse edged up 0.01% to 629.29 points on Wednesday as total turnover doubled, bourse data showed.
Total turnover on the bourse's main market increased to 1.5 million levs ($877,000/766,900 euro) from 688,500 levs on Tuesday.
On the winning side, IoT devices developer Allterco [BUL:A4L] traded 2.94% higher, closing at 21.0 levs as 1,660 shares changed hands.
Another blue chip top performer, energy and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG] registered a 2.50% increase to a close of 2.4600 levs in a volumeof 2,000 shares.
The BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, fell 0.21% to 143.29 points, dragged down by a 10% drop in FairPlay Properties REIT [BUL:FFP].
The BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, decreased by 0.50% to 707.77 points. Fertiliser maker Neochim [BUL:NEOH] topped the list of decliners of the BGTR30 index, with a 4.74% drop in its share price.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, erased 0.36% to 164.79 points, negatively affected by a 1.02% decline in Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER].
