April 21 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's SKB Banka, a subsidiary of France's Societe Generale, plans to distribute 61.3 million euro ($65.7 million) in dividend for 2016, equal to 4.85 euro gross dividend per share, the bank said on Friday.
Last year, SKB paid out 2.7 euro in gross dividend per share.
The planned dividend payout represents 99.88% of the bank's 2016 net profit of 61.4 million euro, it said in a bourse filing.
The bank will also retain 73,323.06 euro of the 2016 profit.
