January 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian power transmission equipment maker Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] said on Monday it has sold a 44.65% stake in local company Unidal to Slovenia's forged components and hand tools maker Unior.
Following the transaction, Unior is the sole owner of Unidal, the Croatian producer of forged steel, Dalekovod said in a Zagreb bourse filing.

The sales agreement was signed on December 28. At the time Dalekovod proizvodnja, a member of the Dalekovod Group, and Unidal also concluded a contract for for the delivery of goods valid for five years.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Unidal began operating in Vinkovci in 2005, as a result of a common investment by Dalekovod and Unior.
