July 19 (SeeNews) - Slovenian hotel operator Union Hoteli's [LJSE:GHUR] shareholders approved the management's proposal to skip dividend distribution for 2021, the company said.
Shareholders representing about 96% of Union Hoteli's share capital voted on July 18 to skip dividend for last year, the group said in a stock exchange filing on Monday.
The company recorded a net loss of 488,000 euro ($499,000) in 2021, versus a 3.4 million euro net loss reported in the previous year. Revenue went up to 12 million euro from 8.9 million euro, while expenses grew to 12.3 million euro from 12.1 million euro.
Shares in Union Hoteli last traded on July 1 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, closing at 5 euro.
