August 13 (SeeNews) - Slovenian hotel operator Union Hoteli [LJSE:GHUG] said it has increased its own shareholding to 1.6153% from 1.0584% after purchasing 9,991 of its own shares on the Ljubljana bourse.
Union Hoteli bought the shares in three transactions last week, paying 20.8 euro ($23.3) apiece for 5,000 shares on August 6, 21 euro apiece for 3,500 shares on August 7 and 20.8 euro apiece for 1,491 shares on August 8, it said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The company now owns 28,977 treasury shares.
Union Hoteli's shares closed flat at 20.8 euro on the LJSE on Monday.
Union Hoteli group operates the Grand Hotel Union, the Grand Hotel Union Business, the Hotel Lev and the Central Hotel, located in the centre of Slovenia's capital Ljubljana.
