July 5 (SeeNews) - Macedonian insurer Triglav Osiguruvanje Skopje [MSE:VROS] said on Wednesday its Slovenian parent Triglav INT Group has launched a buyout bid for the remaining 16,020 shares of the company it does not already own.
Triglav INT Group is offering to pay 14,640 denars ($269.7/238.2 euro) per share, Triglav Osiguruvanje Skopje said in a bourse filing.

Currently, Triglav INT Group owns 44,164 Triglav Osiguruvanje Skopje shares, equivalent to 73.38% of the share capital.
Triglav INT Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Slovenia’s biggest insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG].
Triglav Osiguruvanje Skopje’s after-tax profit rose to 54.6 million denars in 2016, compared to 18.7 million denars in 2015.
