April 26 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's biggest insurer, Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG], said it has concluded the sale of equity stakes in wholesale natural gas supplier Geoplin and gas infrastructure operator Plinhold for 14.5 million euro ($17.7 million), after all the provisions arising from the sales deal were fulfilled.
In July last year, Triglav signed an agreement on the sale of equity with fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] and the Slovenian government, represented by state holding company SDH, it said in a Ljubljana bourse filing.

Petrol said at the time it is purchasing a stake in Geoplin from Zavarovalnica Triglav and its subsidiary Salnal. Also as part of the same deal, SDH was said to acquire the share of Salnal in Plinhold.
