LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 30 (SeeNews) – Slovenian hotel operator Terme Dobrna [LJE: ZDDG] will delist its shares from the standard market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on January 31, the bourse said on Wednesday.
The delisting is in compliance with a decision of the company's shareholders, LJSE said in a public announcement.
Terme Dobrna owns and operates a health resort and tourism center in Slovenia.
