May 26 (SeeNews) - Slovenian resort operator Terme Catez has failed to sell Marina Portoroz to local companies Adventure Holding and Glen, local media reported on Tuesday.
The sale and purchase agreement which Adventure Holding and Glen had signed with Terme Catez expired in October 2019 and the subsequent negotiations failed over disagreement about the sale price, news daily Delo quoted the head of Adventure, Ales Skerlak, as saying.

Terme Catez signed the contract for the sale of Marina Portoroz in October 2018, the company announced back then.
According to earlier media reports, the two potential buyers aimed to acquire Marina Portoroz for some 21 million euro ($23 million).
