April 20 (SeeNews) - Slovenian telecoms operator T-2 plans to list commercial papers on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on April 21, the bourse said.
A total of 2,849 papers will be listed with a combined nominal value of 28.5 million euro ($31.2 million), the LJSE said in a statement on Wednesday.
The first day of trading will be April 21 and the last trading day is set for March 20, 2024, with the papers maturing on March 25, 2024.
The minimum trading volume will be one lot worth 10,000 euro.
The papers will be offered for sale in an auction trading method.
T-2 is the second largest telecommunications provider in Slovenia, operating its own network infrastructure in major cities in the country.
