June 30 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's sovereign holding company, SDH, has signed an agreement for the termination of the mandate of management board president Janez Zlak on August 31, it said.
The agreement will ensure the smooth operations and decision-making at the holding, SDH said in a statement on Wednesday.
"I led SSH through the rapidly changing economic situation, which affected the results of SSH portfolio management, but despite difficult circumstances we managed to meet expectations and exceed the set management goals in 2021," Zlak said in the statement.
The SDH management code was upgraded and corporate governance practices were improved, while subsidiaries were encouraged to operate sustainably and greenly, Zlak noted.
The supervisory board of SSH appointed Zlak on September 30, 2020. He succeeded Gabrijel Skof in this position.
