LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 13 (SeeNews) – Slovenian drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] rose the most among the blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Krka’s shares closed 1.84% higher at 55.4 euro in a trading volume of 3,990 units.
Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] added 1.72% to 29.5 euro.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] was the top blue-chip decliner, as its shares fell 7.61% to 182.0 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, rose 0.19% to 797.29 points.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE increased to 2.94 million euro ($3.3 million) on Thursday, from 1.04 million euro on Wednesday, with trade in shares of Zavarovalnica Triglav generating the bulk of it, 2.26 million euro.
