LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 18 (SeeNews) – Shares of reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] posted the biggest gains among the blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, recovering losses suffered in the previous session, bourse data showed.
Sava Re closed 0.65% higher at 31.2 euro. On Monday, the company fell the most among the blue chips, by 0.60% to 16.7 euro.
The shares of hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on Tuesday. Unior’s shares closed 3.12% lower at 15.5 euro. On Monday, the company closed 8.84% higher at 16.0 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed at 873.95 points, up 0.07%.
Banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] generated the largest share, of 905,030 euro, of the total daily trading turnover on the LJSE. On Monday the lender's shareholders decided to pay out a gross dividend of 7.13 euro per share.
The bourse's total daily turnover fell to 1.48 million euro ($1.7 million) from 1.96 million euro on Monday.
