March 26 (SeeNews) - Slovenian pharmaceutical products wholesaler Salus [LJE:SALR] plans to pay a dividend of 20 euro ($27.6) per share for 2013, the bourse in Ljubljana said on Wednesday.
Last year, the company paid a dividend of 30 euro per share.
The proposed dividend includes an interim dividend of 10 euro per share, a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange said.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal at ar general meeting scheduled for April 25.
Ljubljana-based Salus is one of Slovenia's leading wholesalers of pharmaceutical and medical products.
