March 10 (SeeNews) - Slovenian pharmaceutical products wholesaler Salus [LJE:SALR] plans to pay a dividend of 70 euro ($73.8) per share on 2022 earnings, up from 65 euro paid last year, it said.
The proposed dividend payout includes an interim dividend of 35 euro per share paid in January, Salus said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The shareholders of Salus will vote on the dividend payout proposal at a general meeting scheduled for April 14.
Salus recorded a consolidated net profit of 13.1 million euro in 2022, slightly up from 13 million euro in the previous year.
Ljubljana-based Salus is one of Slovenia's leading wholesalers of pharmaceutical and medical products.
