November 15 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 1.7% on the year in September, after climbing by an annual 1.6% in August, provisional data from the country's statistical office showed on Wednesday.
In nominal terms, the average net wage increased 3.1% year-on-year, reaching 1,047.14 euro ($1,240.4) in September, the data showed.
On a monthly comparison basis, net wages fell 0.6% in real terms in September, after rising 1.1% in August.
The average gross monthly salary in Slovenia was 1,604.38 euro in September, up by a nominal 3.0% year-on-year.
