August 16 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 0.6% year-on-year in June, after rising at the same rate in May, provisional data from the country's statistical office showed on Thursday.
Month-on-month, the average net earnings in the country fell by a real 0.4% in June, after dropping 1.3% in May, the statistical office said.
In nominal terms, the average net wage rose 2.7% on the year to 1,073.47 euro ($1,220.8). On a monthly comparison basis, wages dropped a nominal 0.4%.
The average gross monthly salary in Slovenia rose to 1,654.00 euro in June, up by a nominal 3.2% and a real 1.1% year-on-year.
