LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), November 15 (SeeNews) – The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 1.4% year-on-year in September, after rising by 1.2% in August, provisional data from the country's statistical office showed on Thursday.
Month-on-month, the average net earnings in the country decreased by a real 1.9% in September, after adding 1.0% in August.
In nominal terms, the average net wage decreased 2.3% on the year to 1,062.03 euro ($1,200.00). On a monthly comparison basis, wages decreased by a nominal 1.9%.
The average gross monthly salary in Slovenia rose to 1,632.88 euro in August, down by a nominal 2.2% and a real 2.6% year-on-year.
