LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 17 (SeeNews) – The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 3.4% year-on-year in October, after rising by 1.4% in September, provisional data from the country's statistical office showed on Monday.
Month-on-month, the average net earnings in the country decreased by a real 2.7% in October, after a 1.9% drop in September.
In nominal terms, the average net wage increased 2.3% on the year to 1,086.80 euro ($1,228.14). On a monthly comparison basis, wages increased by a nominal 2.0%.
The average gross monthly salary in Slovenia rose to 1,676.38 euro in October, up by a nominal 2.7% and by a real 2.4% year-on-year.
