September 17 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly wage in Slovenia increased by a real 1.2% year-on-year in July, after rising by 0.6% in June, provisional data from the country's statistical office showed on Monday.
Month-on-month, the average net wage in the country increased by a real 0.7% in July, after dropping 0.4% in June, figures showed.
In nominal terms, the average net wage rose 3.1% on the year to 1,071.76 euro ($1,248.7). On a monthly comparison basis, wages dropped by a nominal 0.2%.
The average gross monthly salary in Slovenia rose to 1,650.84 euro in July, up by a nominal 3.6% and a real 1.7% year-on-year.
