LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 25 (SeeNews) – Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia increased 26.8% year-on-year in the first quarter, reaching 3,674, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Thursday.
In March alone, the registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia rose 18.3% on the year to 1,306, ACEA said in a statement.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose 38.3% to 2,861 units in the January-March period, while registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles fell 20.6% to 737.
Registrations of new commercial vehicles in the EU, excluding Malta, rose 5.1% to 623,183 in the first quarter of 2019.
