LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 21 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's industrial producer prices rose by 0.6% in 2019, after increasing by 1.4% in the previous year, the country's statistical office said on Monday.

In 2019 the sharpest increase in prices was in electricity - by 15%, while the sharpest decline was in the manufacture of coke and petroleum products - by 4.8%, the statistical office said in a statement.

Industrial producer prices on the domestic market increased by 2.1% but on the non-domestic market they fell by 0.9% in 2019.

On a monthly comparison basis, Slovenia's producer price index (PPI) increased by 0.2% in December.
