July 12 (SeeNews) - Slovenian edible oil maker Tovarna Olja Gea [LJE:GSBG] has said local polyethene foil maker Plasta signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in its capital.
Plasta has signed an agreement to acquire a 60.109% stake in Tovarna Olja Gea, the edible oil maker said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Slovenian financial services group KD Kapital sold 157,900 shares in Tovarna Olja Gea, which represents a 12.582% stake in the company, the edible oil maker said in a separate bourse filing on Thursday.
Tovarna Olja Gea, based in Slovenska Bistrica, in northeastern Slovenia, produces pumpkin seed oil, refined and cold-pressed table oils as well as biodiesel.
