LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 20 (SeeNews) – The number of building permits issued in Slovenia in November decreased by 6% month-on-month to 546, after adding 9% in October, the office of national statistics said on Thursday.
A total of 271 permits were issued for residential buildings in November, down 2% on the month, while 275 permits were issued for non-residential buildings, a drop of 10% compared to October, the statistical office said in a statement.
The total floor area of buildings, for which permits were issued in November, was 153,468 sq m, up 12% in comparison with October.
The construction of 360 dwellings was planned, a rise of 3% over October.
