March 16 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) said on Friday it has commenced a search for investors to acquire a portfolio of Serbian non-performing loans and a Serbian company for servicing the non-performing assets.
The portfolio comprises well-diversified non-performing exposures of approximately 115 million euro ($141.8 million) gross claim value and a smaller portfolio of real estate owned assets, NLB said in a Ljubljana bourse filing.

The process is currently in its initiation phase, NLB said, adding it is not obliged to conclude any kind of agreement on the sale with any potential investor.
NLB's financial advisor in the process is PwC Consulting d.o.o., Belgrade.
