May 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJSE:NLBR] (NLB) plans to propose to its shareholders the payment of a gross dividend of 2.75 euro ($2.99) per share on June 27, it said.
The bank will propose the payment to its general shareholders' meeting to be held on June 19, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange said in a notice last week.
The ex-dividend date was set on June 23, NLB said.
NLB recorded a consolidated after-tax profit of 446.9 million euro in 2022, up from 236.4 million euro in the previous year.
The bank paid a gross dividend of 2.5 euro per share on the 2021 earnings to its shareholders last year.
