December 27 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's net electricity production increased 3% month-on-month to 1,289 GWh in November, while total electricity consumption rose 4% to 1,248 GWh, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.
The output of hydro power plants increased by 14%, output of thermal power plants rose by 7% and that of nuclear power plants decreased by 3%, the statistical office said, citing provisional data.

In line with the higher production in thermal power plants, fuel consumption increased by 13% month-on-month in November.
In November 2017, 739 GWh of electricity was imported and 741 GWh was exported.
