May 18 (SeeNews) - Slovenian department store chain Nama [LJE:NALN] said on Thursday that its shareholders approved the management's proposal to pay a gross dividend of 0.17 euro ($0.18) per share on 2021 earnings.
Nama's shareholders approved a dividend payout of 162,134 euro, while 127,783 euro will be retained, the company said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The distributable profit of Nama amounted to 289,917 euro as at December 31, 2021, the company said.
The general shareholders' meeting of Nama was held on May 17.
The company did not distribute dividend last year.
