LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 9 (SeeNews) – Slovenian port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] said on Thursday its maritime throughput fell to 22.8 million tons last year, from 24.0 million tons in 2018.
Container throughput decreased to 959,354 TEUs in 2019 from 988,499 TEUs in the preceding year, Luka Koper said in a bourse filing.
During the review period, the throughput of cars fell to 705,993 units, from 754,409 in 2018.
Net revenue from sales went up by 1% to 224.5 million euro ($249.9 million), according to incomplete and non-audited data published by the port operator.
Luka Koper’s shares closed unchanged at 23.5 euro on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.
