June 28 (SeeNews) - Slovenian investment management company KS Nalozbe [LJE:KSFR] has said its supervisory board president France Pevec has resigned.
Pevec, along with two supervisory board members, Jure Lah and Beno Coz, have submitted letters for their resignation for personal reasons, KS Nalozbe said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Monday.
The resignations of the managers will come into effect from the day of the next general shareholders' meeting of the company, KS Nalozbe said.
KS Nalozbe received the resignation statements on June 24 and the next general shareholders' meeting is scheduled for July 28, the company said.
KS Nalozbe's main line of business is the purchase, management and sale of shareholdings in other enterprises.
